“We enjoyed our family time in this big and very clean condo with amazing views and space for everyone. The bunkroom fit one family of parents and 3 kids comfortably and the second bedroom with 2 queen beds was great for 3 more adults and the King bedroom was perfect. The underground tunnel that connected the buildings to the pool was a great surprise and so easy for our kids and grandkids. The close location to Two Harbors was easy for groceries, restaurants, shopping and Castle Danger Brewery!……

“The property is just as described and is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Duluth. Located by all the downtown amenities with easy parking which is very hard to find in the busy months. Great for families and pets, or even just a weekend away with your better half. The hosts were fantastic and worked with us to make the stay great. Great communication with clear checking and check out instructions. We frequent Duluth quite a bit with the kids sports and will definitely be staying here……

“We absolutely loved our stay in Duluth! The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and had a safe, welcoming feel to it. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we made daily visits to the Asian Bistro Bubble Tea shop just across the street—it was a huge hit! We also had a blast at Adventure Zone, and the Love Creamery ice cream shop was amazing. It was such a pleasant surprise to learn that dogs are allowed too!Since this was our first time using……

“My family (Dad, sisters, partners, and adult children) had an enjoyable stay here. The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub,……

“This property is absolutely beautiful. The communication was detailed and timely including an after hour check in process and parking instructions. The location allowed us to walk to some delicious restaurants and bars as well as had amazing views while spending time in the property. It was well stocked with dishes and the coffee/tea bar had a lot of variety. The property pictures represented the atmosphere and the furniture was in great condition and comfortable. The pool area was less than desirable, the sauna was closed until further notice and the hot tub was a funny color. “The Brix is a great option for a family getaway to Duluth. Space is clean and thoughtfully decorated / organized to allow for relaxation! “Before we even entered the rental we were enchanted with the view. Lake Superior is RIGHT THERE!! It was amazing, but of course, it got better. Entering the space (quite easily thanks to Tabitha's instructions) magnified the water view. Once we took our eyes off the view, we realized how amazing the rental space is all on its own.
