“Lovely hotel in the Santa Cruz area, convenient to many of the local wineries. The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.”

“1. The location on the site is not accurate, to say the least. 2. There is no sign outside that marks the place, let alone street side way finders. 3. No one answered any of the three numbers, one given through the application. the phones were disconnected. 4. When we finally found the location, on calling through the intercome, the owner didn't open the gate and we had to wait outside for half an hour until his friend showed up an woke him up. 5.
