“I called the hotel several times about a bag I left in the hotel. Unfortunately the calls were not picked up.”

“Overall, a clean, updated place to stay. The only problem we had was that I booked a pet friendly, accessible room for my disabled parent who travels with a small yorkie. The hotel said no pets in an accessible room. We had to bring in items to make the regular room more accessible for her. We made do, but someone who is fully disabled should know that this hotel will not place pets in an accessible room. This is not made clear on the booking page. ”

“I requested a specific room because of its location but positive past experiences. The desk agent went out to her way to finish closing the room to make it available for me. ”

“The microwave oven was out of service in my room, but the room is comfortable for me. There is lemon water in the lobby and it is a good idea”
