Nice neighborhood and nice people all around, Robyn and Craig especially.The space is quaint and really well done. “My daughter and I stayed for a few days while visiting WSU for Spring Preview. The location is great, right near the school in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. You can hear the people in the unit above, but it didn't bother us. Bed was comfortable. “The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub.
