This isn’t the Hilton, but I wasn’t looking for a stay like that and didn’t want to pay that much. This house is just right for the location and the price. We had originally planned more day trips but decided to limit them so we could spend more time at the house, just enjoying the water, seeing many birds, deer (right in the back yard), and yes, finally seeing some dolphins! All in all a wonderful week!”

“My wife and I have been coming to Hyde County for years to hunt and fish, this cottage suitet us just fine. Perfect location and an added bonus having fresh oysters just across the road. Quiet and well appointed and cozy enough for 5 guests. Owner is quick to answer if there are problems and very nice. We will be back next year, God willing.”
