The staff are very friendly and helpful. Before arriving, Selman answered many questions and helped us booked the balloon flights for us although it was cancelled because of the bad weather. There was only a few minutes drive to Pamukkale South Gate where they offer shuttle to and kindly picked us back when we called. The room was small but comfortable. Definitely will stay in this hotel in our next visit in Pamukkale.

飯店在棉堡算是其中舒適度不錯的飯店，早餐好吃，房間乾淨舒適，但離棉堡鎮上大概選要走路10分鐘。務必搭乘飯店接送的小巴到棉堡南門入口，再走下來，不然一般從鎮上的售票處入口進再從南門出，走下來離鎮上非常遠。

Excellent customer service, we had an early arrival at 7am, and they allowed us to use our breakfast from the next day due to we would leave at 5am tomorrow. Early check-in was made before 10am, and that’s really something made our day before starting the day tour in Pamukkale! Environment is nice, and restaurant serves HOT breakfast with many vegetables where is not easily found in boutique hotels in Turkey. Strongly recommend!

Very nice hotel, quiet location, great rooms, exceptionally nice staff, great berakfast. Heplful with indications and information on the area, the historical sites and baths. Great breakfast, good restaurant, nice pool area. We only had one 24 hour stay but would have loved to stay for a week !

This property was very conveniently located to both the Pamukkale/Hieroplolis park and Laodekea parks. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was fantastic. The pool was nice. We had dinner there two nights and both nights. It was excellent. The breakfast is a buffet that has so much food. You would think they were feeding 100 rooms. Check in was easy and everyone who works there was very nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Venus Suite Hotel in Pamukkale! The room was clean, cozy, and in a great location. A big shoutout to Yunus and Sinyal—so helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Pamukkale!

Venus Suite - 73071833734209 I’m left conflicted with the positive reviews to this property. This is my experience. Checked in to a lovely front desk male staff member. Throughly went through details of the hotel and tours. Comfortable bed & pillow. Slippers are offered. Breakfast wide selection of foods, can’t fault. This is where the positive experience ended. First room that was provided was on the first floor, outside the window is the staff break area where they were smoking cigarettes and have a jolly chat. Also outside this room is a loud ventilation pipe. This was my view. Asked to move rooms, the gentleman said, “I’ll see what’s available” (hotel was not full) We were than provided a room above reception facing the road. Well this room was worse. The house across the road with the farm animals, animals just wouldn’t shout up. Owner of the animal house felt that everyone is interested in his loud car music. Staff from reception decide to go outside all hours of the evening to smoke their cigarettes and have a jolly loud laugh & conversations outside reception right under the room that was allocated to me. Reminder, I asked to be moved letting reception know I sleep with window/sliding door open & that staff were outside my original room on level one smoking. So again, I was moved to a room above reception where staff gathered as they smoked cigarettes and chatted. I’ll let you work out whether I was heard when I asked to move rooms and the reasons or sta

The front desk service at the hotel was excellent. However, the restaurant was terrible, and the attitude of the person who seemed to be the restaurant manager was the worst. Also, I had some laundry done, but two of my clothes ended up with reddish-brown detergent-like stains that couldn’t be removed. The food at the restaurant was not good either.
