“The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who……

Facial recognition on the elevators was lacking, so I had to get help from security every time I returned from my outings. One night,I waited 21 minutes on the "PB" (lower level) because one of the security men took the only access card to shut down access to the different floors. ”

“We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. The kids loved the rooftop pool.The location is about 2 blocks outside the expanding restored areas of Casco Viejo. And we walked around comfortably during the day and……

“I stayed there for a week with my husband, three kids, and my mother and there was space for all of us. The community is very nice..probably one of the nicest in the whole city. There is a golf course with a nice ( but expensive) restaurant. The pool there is sort of run down though. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would need. It is directly across from a playground too. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked great (very important!) I would recommend this place if you’re looking……
