“The staff provided excellent service. The walking tour guide for the butterfly house, the sloth rescue, and the frog sanctuary was incredibly knowledgeable and had an engaging personality. On the way to the butterfly house, he showed us a sloth sleeping in a tree top. Carlos, the golf cart evening tour guide also was fantastic. This resort always is a fun and relaxing place to stay. ”
