Giant Backyard Oasis with Heated Private Pool, Fire Pit, and Outdoor Lounge

Tucked away among the quiet Seabreeze neighborhood in Seacrest, this beautiful and comfortable home is perfect for your entire family. Even your pup! What makes this quiet street even better is how close it is to the Seabreeze Beach Access - less than 2min by bike! In biking distance to shopping and dining at The Big Chill and Waterhouse Sandwich and Wine Bar.

The magical and lush landscaped backyard sets the stage for a relaxing and restorative time. The expansive backyard is fenced in with tiled sundeck + grassy areas for the kids/pup to run around. The large trees canopy the pool area to offer shade, while still being able to enjoy direct sunshine in other areas of the sundeck. You'll want to enjoy this private oasis day and night thanks to the outdoor lounge w/ fire pit + outdoor TV.

The well-appointed home includes an open main living area w/ renovated kitchen + new floors. Dining available for everyone among the dining table overlooking the pool deck and the nearby breakfast bar. Dine al fresco in the backyard! An outdoor table and grill are available.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

Beautiful Home!

The house was even better than the photos. High ceilings made it feel very big, and it was extremely clean. It felt very much like a home, with all of the comforts and touches you’d have at home as opposed to just a rental property. The location was perfect as well on a quiet street just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and quick drives to nearby restaurants and shopping. Management was very communicative and checking in/out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and quant neighborhood. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything we could’ve needed and more! The pool was fantastic. The area around the house was full of fun shops and plenty of restaurants. Could’ve not have asked for a better location.

Beautiful house

First of all this house was immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and outdoor patio area are amazing. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick. We were initially hesitant about renting the backpack chairs and umbrella because we always have had beach set up but it really wasn’t a problem at all. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood.

Great house with convenient/close proximity to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s Seacrest. The house and pool were the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved being able to walk to and from the beach anytime. Our Host, Richard was extremely helpful and was very informative and responsive for any questions or needs we had before and even during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again. Our Stay!

We came for a bachelorette trip and loved our stay out here! The house was a very close walk to the beach and a short drive from Seaside and Rosemary. The house was very clean and we loved hanging out by the pool! Will definitely have to visit again.

Best vacation house ever!

House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The private pool was wonderful for our family. Very close to the beach, we rented golf cart but easily could of walked to beach walk entrance. The bikes in garage a great bonus and fun for us. Lots of board games in house for rainy time. Beds very comfortable, and house spacious and wonderful cooking kitchen. Everything we needed and more. Host great with communication. Will definitely be booking with again!

Perfect Getaway!

We wanted a vacation filled with relaxing, having fun, and spending quality family time together. This wad the perfect house for that! We had a great time playing in the pool, going to the beach, playing games, roasting s’mores, and watching movies. I loved the lush greenery in the yard and the sitting areas around the pool. The proximity to the beach was perfection! We had a magical 4th of July watching fireworks on the beach! The location is ideal in a nice subdivision right across from the beach entrance. It’s about 30 minutes to Destin one way and 30 minutes to Panama City the other direction. The online description says 3 bikes but there are actually 4. They are all adult sized. Also, there are a ton of beach and pool supplies. The kitchen is well stocked and had every gadget you could want from an ice machine to an air fryer to a cotton candy machine! We loved this house and were sad to leave. Until next time!

Perfect house with the perfect location

The house was just a few minutes from the beach by foot! We did rent a golf cart and that came in handy but wish the house would’ve came with one. Overall great location, gorgeous backyard that we enjoyed everyday and night watching the outdoor tv and grilling. Can’t wait to go back!
