It was fine but problem with locking door had to call and they sent a maintenance person and was fixed right away. All in all was all good.

The check in process was easy. Upon arrival, things seemed great. Open and exactly whats expected for a studio. Shower leaked and bathroom door didn’t lock. The bed was not comfy, and based off pattern it was a very old mattress. Sheets were gritty, with specks of dirt throughout sheets. The futon looked nice but was not comfortable enough to sleep on. Thankfully there was a roll away cot that helped. Maintenance did fix shower rubber the next day promptly. Construction dates listed were not to start until August, however half of the main pool was shut down due to construction. So that was aggravating too. Looking back, it was just very overpriced for what you get: but, that’s a lot of PCB now.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was noisy from the street last night but that was not the resort’s fault. Enjoyed having easy/ secure access to the beach with chairs/umbrellas available. The property was perfect for the 2 of us.

The pillows were stained and had hair on the pillow cases , hair in the shower and the microwave didn’t work. Poor communication with the manager. I give it a 5 out of 10.

Good resort, low quality room

We love staying at Long Beach resort, but this room was a little disappointing. The shower was dirty on the floor. The toilet did not work properly. It took about 15 minutes to fill between flushes. The floors needed to be mopped.

Busy!

The property was nice and as advertised. Had to go to another location for parking pass and wristbands, not helpful with kids and driving all day. It was perfect for our little trip though. Very pretty. To the left was extremely busy and to the right was much less crowded. The boats and jet skis do run right outside of the bouys so the waves are greater when they are around. Everything is within walking distance if you want.

Deception and filth. To potential renters: You won't know it's a "Zia" property until it's booked.

To: "Aneliya" aka Zia Vacation Rentals employee From: Ken and Deb To begin, this unit, # 800E of Long Beach Resort has been the most decrepit, filthy, and egregiously lacking place we have ever stayed. We began our vacation spending hours disinfecting and cleaning the things we had to touch before we could retire for the evening. I will elaborate on the room later. If the condition of the room at check-in wasn't bad enough, the jackhammering and pounding from the remodeling being done to the unit above ours tops everything, completing the debacle. But there is something worse. It was not being informed of this construction & racket by Aneliya and/or Zia - BEFORE we booked our stay. This all-day eardrum-splitting noise continued Monday through Friday. This glaring omission rings similar to the deception encountered on the VRBO website, where the "owner" appears to be "Aneliya." The truth, that she is not the owner and is in fact a representative of Zia Vacation Rental Company/Corporation, LLC, isn't disclosed until after a transaction is made. *Regarding the room... * Here is a partial list of issues we encountered (We took pictures of EVERYTHING): - A leaky bathroom sink faucet that threatens to flood the bathroom floor every time. - No towel rod of any kind in the bathroom, but two screws sticking out of the wall. - Dark brown, greasy fingerprints on every light switch and door/doorknob. - Debris and dirt everywhere on the floor and in every corner. - Wood look floor tiles are uneven at the edges and provided a tripping hazard. - LARGE "dust bunnies" under the bed. - Recessed light fixture sticking out of the ceiling. - Paint missing & flaking off the walls in the bathroom. - Stained ceiling tiles. - Dining table very rickety to the point of unusable. Dining chair seat covers are stained. - Drain cover in the shower is loose. - Microwave INTERIOR is rusty! - The Duvet/bedcover is FILTHY and probably hadn't been washed in months! - What appears to be ketchup, chocolate, and soda spots splattered on most walls and doors. ‐Pocket door squeaks like mad. -Dryer lint filter FULL of sand and fuzz (fire hazard). -Broken woodwork. -Main closet too full of junk to use. -All cupboards have flaking off veneer. Shabby. -And on, and on. Interesting that the check-out email cautions guests to not give less than 4.2 stars. The room was atrocious. Not FYI‐ing about the construction was worse‐unforgiveable. Renters BEWARE!

There’s room for improvement

Places needs to update and upgrade some things…. Bedding, towels and even the mattress. All those little details could make a whole out of difference. Upgrade the mini fridge and microwave and new plate sets glasses and silverware would help too.

PCB condo stay

Over unit was clean and inviting , my only complain would be the floor, looked as tho someone tried to do tile floor that had no experience, was very uneven and there were even loose tiles , sharp edges, etc. being a contractor I’m probably criticizing this more than most would but other than that I would return to this unit

Last minute find

We had family staying in Long Beach so we found this studio last minute. Luckily we got there before business close of the management office because our envelope(codes)were not posted on the door as instructions stated. The small things we found wrong were fixed by someone while we were out of the condo on our 3rd day with no notification or note of being there were left. Seemed odd because we've never experienced this with years of vacationing. Minor issues fixed and updates on this property would do wonders!! We did enjoy Long Beach Resort and will return to the Resort!

Over all this could be a nice place BUT.... within the first 10 minutes of checking in there were Lot of problems 1. The ceiling fan was hanging with the electrical wires and it took them 2 days to fix this issue. 2. There were no wrist bands for the property in the room so we had to keep showing our phones to security to prove we were supposed to be there.....it took several hours to get that resolved. 3. The shower and bathroom sink are leaking and the vanity in the bathroom has black mold in the bottom of it. 4. The ceiling tiles have significant water damage. 5. The small refrigerator works at 20% at best. 6. The bifold door is falling off. 7. The whole unit need to be repainted......the doors and walls have black finger prints all over them. 8. Tv remotes do not work. 9. The people who clean the unit need to be fired......the unit was not clean.
