It offers cleanliness, functionality, absolute comfort and a perfect setting for relaxation and tranquility reminiscent of the Greek Isles. High End finishes and features include high ceilings, kobe wood windows and doors, black granite countertops, GE profile stainless appliances, kohler fixtures and travertine and oakwood flooring. All around great

The house is a beautifully decorated stand alone home. It had everything we could need. Main area with kitchen, family room and bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom on second floor. Main entrance with full bath and bedroom with king size bed. It has a 2 car garage. Unfortunately, our full size SUV barely fit. The guard at the gate gave a a parking pass to park in the main parking lot right by the house. Easy beach access. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach area. Alys Beach close also. Easy drive to Seasode. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect for our stay!

The hosts were very accommodating, as we were navigating around a hurricane and needed to check in a few hours early to dodge the storm. Our stay was awesome, and the cottage was just what we needed—having a garage for our vehicle was a super helpful bonus.

Overpriced and overcrowded!

As a regular on 30A for over 18 years I would not recommend this place based on rental price and the overcrowded beach area. If you don’t mind waking up at 5:45 to put your chairs out or paying another $1200 to rent chairs to have some personal space this place might be for you. The reason they dont show all of the bathrooms is because they are in need of remodeling, especially the first floor bathtub. It is disgusting! The old run down smell in house with a candle burning the entire week never went away. The side yard with shower and front porch need some TLC. The house is over cluttered with Knick knacks and pillows. The area is fabulous just not this house!

You never know what you’re going to get when booking online but this property did not disappoint ! The location was in close proximity to the beach and the property was very clean. We were impressed beyond our expectations and plan to make this an annual stay :)

Nice unit, horrible check in process

This unit was clean with a great location but was not well stocked or above and beyond welcoming. However, that's to be expected in an area with a high rental volume. My main complaint was the check in process. When I booked this unit, I told the manager/host we would be staying here on our wedding night before heading out on our honeymoon. Obviously, this indicates a late check in. We were never notified that the gate would be unmanned past a certain time, and I didn't notice we weren't given a gate access code in our instructions. On the night of our wedding, we sat at the gate for over an hour. No attendant, no response from the host, and no alternative method of entry. The posted sign instructed us to call a number, the line was dead. The alternative phone number was the Sheriff's Department, who said it would be over an hour and even then they didn't know what they could do for us. I then repeatedly called the listed host number and we were finally let in with an app after having our calls sent to voicemail over and over. It was only 10 PM when we arrived. I am disappointed in the service and check in instructions. I understand a gated community, but either give a guest code or man the gate. It's not that hard. The refusal to give out a gate code at a property guests are paying to rent is absurd. We should have been notified beforehand and we could have made arrangements.

Great house as advertised. Had 2-car locked garage which was a bonus… unlike other houses in court. Beach was closer than we thought… this was first court walking up from beach… maybe couple hundred yards which was excellent. Nice outdoor shower for sandy cleanup. Nice porch with grill and furniture. Internet was fast. Cable good. AC cold. Water hot. Showers nice. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils.

Nice location and good size for two families

Really was a great trip and we were so pleased that it's basically the length of a block from the front door to the beach. The layout worked great for two families of 3 with toddlers (they offered a babygate for the stairs) - we were just disappointed that when we showed up, the towels were dirty and in a heap on the porch outside and we ended up washing our own towels. When I alerted the property manager they did drop off a bag of clean towels the next day. Since we wshed the first batch, we asked for another laundry pod (after using the one provided) - and they refused to drop another one off. It was strange. Other than that, kitchen and living room were nice to hang out in and relax post hot beach trips.

Beware* no hot water, AC issues, rude owners

I reported our first morning that we had no hot water, and Angelo’s response was that “No one has ever complained about this before.” Said he would have to tell maintenance. I said ya, it may be a new problem. (How would I know?) but we had the water all the way to hot and it was about the temp of a pool. He responded again with, “No one has ever complained about this before.” So I left it alone and waited. A whole day goes by and no word of when maintenance is coming, but now the AC went out. So we called Nicole, and she asked us if we had the windows open? Like really?! So while calling again to see when the AC will get fixed, we asked about the hot water (Day 3). Nicole said maintenance was going to come on our last day because we probably “filled the tub too high and ran out of hot water.” I bathed my infant in 1 inch of water, so that definitely wasn’t the case. She told us we could turn the hot water heater temp up, but we didn’t have a screwdriver at the time. As a courtesy I let them know that the AC guy turned our water heater temp up from 100-140, and it didn’t help. Angelo responded that he was concerned someone would get scalded. I assured him it was way too cold for that, and that maintenance could come inspect that along with the water leak outside. So then maintenance magically showed up 15 mins later. Soon after Angelo said he couldn’t believe I messaged him about the water again bc maintenance was there “before” my time stamped message…(which was a blatant lie.) Meanwhile it still wasn’t fixed. Again he couldn’t believe I was complaining because no one else had, and then starting lying to cover himself. Said he never called maintenance and called a plumber 2 days before, but they couldn’t get over. He tried to make me feel like I shouldn’t complain. So I asked them to call me to discuss all of this. No response. Then they ignored my calls and messages the next day too. The plumber did come on our last day, but said he got called 2 hrs before. They’re only worried about keeping money, rather running an honest business. I didn’t demand anything or ask for a refund. But they ghosted anyway. $3k for 4 nights and no hot water is outrageous. And making me feel crazy on top of it is dirty. The location of this property is nice, but the *private* beach is open to all renters of seacrest on both sides of 30-A. If you have a tent you have to go early (7am.) It is extremely crowded due to the large portion blocked off for rentals.

Girls weekend

Check in could be slightly easier if you went to a digital lock verses lock and key. I don’t love having to keep up with so many things (bracelets/pool cards/ and house key) The house was super clean and the AC and fans were great. Our only complaint during our stay was almost little to no hot water for showers. We definitely recommend and will be back as to such a great location to Alys and Rosemary.

Wonderful Experience and Great Location
