the property is an older motel room 4 the walls are thin the door is drafty the windows leak there is no heat there is a space heater. the air conditioner is duct taped in place and drafty as well the bathroom has no vent fan the bed is noisy but comfortable the floors were filthy, but it is the beach and there is sand every where. there is a pool out side and a little patch fenced in for dogs it is across the street from a beach we asked for toilet paper but never got any we bought our own. the fridge is small and the kitchenware is limited

They claim to be pet friendly but nothing could be further from the truth. Their pet policy is flat out ridiculous and overbearing. Rooms are extremely small with no room to hang up your clothes. The antiquated key system is hilariously inadequate. Don’t waste your money - get a real motel room!

After making reservations, i was contacted by text from one of the property managers..very friendly and helpful.answered all my questions. After arriving to the motel. I was instructed to use the keyless entry to my room. That afternoon i was leaving to meet a friend for dinner and i couldn't get my door to lock. So i reached out to the text number and got no response, thank God that there was a housekeeper doing laundry and she was able to help me. She had the code for the lock box so i was able to have a key. Room was clean and had just about everything i needed. NO BUGS !.. Sheets on the bed were nice and soft, bed comfortable. I will probably give this place anothet try. Hopefully management, will make sure texts are received and returned promptly.

The Seafoam motel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted! The property was beautiful and you couldn’t beat the view. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The seafoam deserves more than 5 stars! If you come to PCB , stay there!

The pool closed one morning, next thing the entire property's plumbing was backed up. Our room had water coming out of the toilet and the shower. The two rooms on either side of us had similar problems. Customer service wouldn’t text or call back for extended periods of time. After three hours of waiting around customer service finally answered (after I’d reached multiple times over three hours, we were notified a plumber wouldn’t be out there until the next day. we had to pack up and book another hotel Because the smell in the our room, and the rooms around us was terrible, we couldn’t breathe. Getting a refund was difficult and took me reaching out multiple time. Then we didn’t get a refund of all of the days we had remaining on our stay, so I had to reach out more to finally get this.

Great hotel across from the beach
Nice cozy hotel right across from the beach. It was quiet, and the room was very clean. We extended our stay one more night , and it very easy to do. Would definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately a pipe broke or something the room beside us shower flooded our room .fyi there is no staff to speak with in person so no way to change rooms that being said it was a nice place for someone on a budget but wants nice .they were very willing to apologize and make right the situation wouldnt mind staying again if there .ps take curtains lol only has blinds sun up at 5

We loved our stay at the Sea Foam Suites! Pretty clean, next to the beach. We stayed in a studio, there were signs that referenced available dish ware in the room, but we didn’t see any. There was a coffee machine and single slice toaster, but no coffee, no cups, and no bar/hand soap in the bathroom. So, not perfect, but comfy beds and great location; certainly well worth a visit, and we’ll be back next time we’re in PCB.

Not only I had issues with with booking and payment. They tried to charge me for a pet because they found a piece of hair on the bed which is ridiculous the hair didn’t even look like a pets hair. The bunk beds only had a 100lb limit on them so only little kids could sleep on them after I registered 3 adults. All in all the place wouldn’t be that bad if there wasnt so much complication in the booking process but since they charged me a pet fee for not having a pet which cause me to believe some foul play is at work I recommend no one to stay here.

We really liked the cleaniliness at first, but... after a couple days with only 4 towels for shpwers and the hassle of trying to get so.e for 2 days really was aggitating... I contacted the property by message asking for towels and 2 days later I caught one of the cleaning staff members who was nasty when we asked for more towels. Everything wlse was good but it was very hard to communicate without an office.

Overall,our stay was wonderful! The floors could be cleaner and there was food still caked on the provided utensils. Minor issues compared to value for price. Location was quiet. Kiddos loved the pool! Close proximity to the beach!

ASK FOR THE LOCKBOX CODE A.S.A.P!
I checked-in on time, and needed to get to a planned event. When I locked the door, the mechanism seemed a bit off, but since I wasn't familiar with how it usually sounds, I didn't think anything of it. When I returned to the room at 11:27pm, the batteries of the keyless were COMPLETELY DEAD! I was unable to get into my room. I called the number two or three times and nobody answered. I sent no fewer than five text messages, and received the code for the lockbox containing a key at 12:01am. This motel has no on-site staff; think of it like an AirBnB situation. The refrigerator didn't work, the bathroom door was bashed in at the bottom, and there were at least two large stains on the fabric-covered headboard, not to mention the indescribable stain of what appeared to be blood running down the lower part of the threshold of the bathroom door. BTW... I never got an apology or any other kind of message other than the code. SO, my advice is GET THE LOCKBOX CODE UPON CHECK-IN! P.S...I have photos, but Hotels.com functionality isn't allowing me to upload them.
