- Parking: Please note that there is a $40 fee for your parking passes & pool wristbands. This is included in your total when booking & is listed as 'Resort Fee.' These will be in the unit when you check in. Please display the parking pass in your vehicle at all times or you will be subject to towing. You MUST leave the parking passes in the unit upon check-out or a you will be charged for each missing pass/band. There are no assigned parking spots.

- Parking in the parking deck is limited to 1 vehicle. There are no assigned spots. If you have additional vehicles, please be aware that there is an overflow lot but it is a few miles away. This is due to parking deck maintenance so HOA has put restrictions on number of cars in the deck.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!

- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.
*There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
