They did not have any cups or ice bucket in the rooms. The TV did not work breakfast with boiled eggs and bagels that’s about it. The coffee cups were about 4 ounces no coffee in the room. All the vending machines were unplugged and inoperable. My key didn’t work. I had to make about six or seven trips to the lobby. Finally got it working the next day all in all the place is very clean, but being as cheap as it was, it was frustrating

1st the we have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites by Radisson and have always been happy with my previous stays. The establishment is now called "Spark" which I am wondering if this is the reason the quality is lower.We walked into the room and were immediately welcomed with a foul odor along with a cigarette smell though they said we would have charged for damages/evidence of cigarette smoke. There were a ton of crumbs all over the floor and crumbs all through the bed even down to the foot of the bed. The fold out couch had an odor and huge urine stains. There were huge feathers in the bathroom and in on the floor. Nothing appeared to be of down feather for bedding. I will say that the person on duty did everything possible to reassure us as well as switched us to the another room which the floor was still dirty but we dealt with it because honestly if they moved us to a "better room" similar issues, we figured there was no point in reporting that. But the beds and sheets seemed clean. Also we prepaid for our stay so we felt stuck. Another issue in this room is the shower drain would not drain for the shower so that was annoying to shower in a 1/2' of bath water since there were 5 us staying in there. Hoping they take this feedback into consideration because I feel like it has potential to be great if the cleanliness improved.

The hotel is in a very good location, the staff at the front desk were friendly and did the best they could with what they were working with. Our room was also a good size and clean enough to start with. However, the rest of the hotel was a mess. The elevator was filthy and never cleaned during the 4 days we were there. The hotel was under renovation, which they do not disclose when booking, and they used that as an excuse not to offer any services or maintain common areas. They also don't clean the rooms unless you put in a request before 9am. The breakfast was substandard, no eggs, no meat, no fruit. They had yogurt, but it was not in a fridge and warm. The air conditioner in our room would not shut off and maintenance was not helpful. Angie at the front desk was great but the management of this hotel is terrible. The property is no longer Country Inn and Suites. The new name is Spark. This is not reflected on the website. The rooms were clean but in my unit the AC was not working and the shower water drains very slowly were it accumulate around your feet. They did give me a fan to help with the stuffy hot room.
