The staff was amazing! It was the nasty bathroom I had a problem with. The shower ground was nasty and someone’s blonde hair was still on the back on the bathroom sink. The pillows on the bed was trash. I Wouldn’t let my dog lay his head on it. The hotel is in the center of everything which is great. I did not have a long drive anyway. The bed was soft, but the hotel breakfast is trash. It’s free but nasty. The property was clean and I felt safe.

We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and to our delight, the lobby was locked, which for security purposes we appreciated. The Manager at the front desk, Victoria Bryant, was professional and friendly and had the energy of the energizer bunny! We stayed for 3 nights and saw her several times and she was the same every time. She made sure we were satisfied and had what we needed, as did the other front desk employees when she wasn't there. The room wasn't over the top but was comfy and dark and had a mini fridge, we played pool downstairs and even chatted it up with fellow guests. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are there for baseball and within driving distance to many dining options. The hotel also provided free breakfast and had an array of snack, drinks, and travel essentials for sale if needed-and if you don't see what you need, just ask! We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We were able to checkin early. Forgot about the hour change coming from Orlando. Front desk was amazing! Very helpful and funny. Decent breakfast. A lot to choose from. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t have body wash. It was conditioner and lotion. The body wash was next to the sink so we filled up a cup and took it in the shower. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My Partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! There are a ton of amenities offered here and the price for a room was really good considering how nice and clean it was. Our room was very spacious and had a big TV. All of the workers were really nice at the front desk & I would definitely stay here again next time i’m in Panama City Beach.
