Limited parking and would have to park across the street in an abandoned building parking lot that was full of nails and trash if the hotels parking lot filled up. Very dirty room with visible mold all around floor trim and walls.

The location of the property was great. The property, elevators, balcony,breezeways, rooms was run down. The pool was nice. Our room was dirty. Long strands of Hair on the floor clearly visible. Was not rowdy or loud in the evening. Walking distance to a Winn Dixie and McDonalds. Had to park across the street.

There was MOLD on the ceiling. It seemed as if the room hadn’t been cleaned to the best of one’s ability (only cleaned what was visible to the eye). Underneath the beds were disgusting. The sink stayed clogged. The oven and stovetop in the room didn’t work, would set the smoke detectors off. The dishes provided still had grease on them. There were cockroaches. The “free internet” didn’t even work. The tv’s did not pick up good signals so we wasn’t able to watch anything nearly for our whole stay. The bathtub seemed unsafe, almost as if it was going to fall through (there were cracks in the tub and it sunk in).

Loved that the water was very near. And the room had a great view. Didn't like that the room door didn't shut by it's self. Over all it was a great stay.

We stayed here last year in October and really enjoyed it. Upon our arrival this time the floor felt like it had sand all over it (a little is normal) and the beds were horrible. When you sat down or laid down you could feel the box springs. Please replace the mattresses and have someone check the rooms before someone checks in. I do not believe we will choose this next time we are in the area.

I reserved three nights,checked out after one and went to a different hotel. This establishment is in need of immediate mattress replacements. Guests we met complained to us about the same issue. The room was very old and worn. The oven dirty. The balcony had an ocean view but the ac cover off, noisy and dirty area.I spoke to the manager. Whether the owners do right by guests remains to be seen. The staff, Tiki bar and dining was great. The missing ingrediant is decent comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did their job as much as they could.

Staff was excellent! A+++++Every request was met with a satisfactory result A+ Pool was clean and refreshing. View from the room A+++ Beds are ok but comfy (A little shifting of the top mattress sliding off the box springs,but we just pushed it back to center. Kitchen was nice setup(cleaning of oven is needed) otherwise was all clean, pots and pans and kitchen accessories were adequate. We used paper plates and plastic forks/spoons anyways. Tiki bar was excellent with Ashlin and Henry making GREAT refreshments. The hotel is older so given that, and it's affordable pricing you get more than your monies worth. We'll definitely be returning!!

Good views of the ocean but definitely needs a remodel and only one of the two elevators work… the cleaning of the rooms definitely needs work… and there isn’t a laundry room at all for drying clothes and such.

While the staff was extremely nice, the room was extremely unclean. The beach was great, and most amenities were wonderful however parking was difficult unless you parked across the street. All and all I give it a 3 because of the friendly staff.
