Staff was nice. Floors where dirty,sticky and felt like a sandbox. Shower had a big hole in it with a patch on it. Felt like you could fall threw at anytime. They definitely have a drainage problem to. Won't go back.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! They had my booking dates wrong, I paid for a more expensive and nicer room and they gave me a complete dump! The room was dirty and nasty with bugs! They did fix the pricing on the room because I didn’t get what I was paying for but they gave the room I paid for to someone else. The service was horrible, very rude! I will never stay here again!

All staff was very polite, friendly, and courteous. Simple check in and out. Always received clean linens, toilet paper, etc in a very timely manner. Room was clean but a little run down. Could use fresh paint and door repaired on bathroom. Kitchen was not fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pans as advertised. Easy access to beach. Overall good stay for amount paid.

Not very safe area, part of hotel it’s located across the street, not by the beach. The room floor was dirty, the supposedly clean towels had sand on it. Beds and sheets were clean, AC works well. But I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Probably the grossest place we’ve ever stayed. There was a sponge left on the floor from housekeeping - I HOPE. Mold is on the ceiling in the shower and there was something that looked like feces on the wall. 0 out of 5 stars. Oh and the room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. Not all rooms are beachfront - ours was across the street. Super disappointed.

While the check-in staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is old and showing its age. The area overlooking the beach was nice with the seating and bar area, but the bathroom in our room had not been cleaned properly. There was hair in the tub and on the floor. The room we had was close to the strip so it was naturally noisy. I hate to give this review because the staff was very helpful. This is the second time I have trusted Expedia hotel descriptions, and I have been disappointed both times.

It was ok. I think the appliances, table and chairs and sofa needs to be updated. The elevator made bad knocking noises on the way down. It was somewhat affordable, but I’m not sure if I would stay there again.

I don’t understand what the point of booking through Expedia is if they don’t take care of the customers on misleading places with vendors they choose to deal with. This place was gross, seedy, cops constantly for domestic violence, dirty, mold in our rooms, a film of grime on the floors. The hotel looks nice online but don’t be mislead. Our beachfront hotel to accommodate my son with autism was across the street in a dump. Holes in doors, mold, trash under beds from last guests, nothing worked properly. I’ve never stayed in worse and what we paid for was not this. The property manager said he couldn’t accommodate us on beach front and best offer was to clean it. Ridiculous. They allow recreational drugs in the rooms too and that smell traveled into the room to top it all off. Best Expedia could do was 100.00 in key cash. A joke. Don’t bring your kids here. Not clean or safe. Can’t upload any of the gross photos bc they’re too big. Expedia if you want them I’ll email directly to you.

Over all clean, well priced, friendly staff - close to everything, very easy parking… all in all not as fancy as some other places but for the price, and convenience it’s easily a 4 star experience.
