Great 3/3 at the Princess! Free Beach Chairs In Season!

All rentals come with FREE beach chairs (March 1 through October 31) and our FREE VIP Amenity Package (March 29 through October 31).

Beautiful beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor condominium (Princess 204) located at The Princess on the quiet end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. The Princess 204 sits directly on 325 feet of sandy, white beaches in a gated complex of only 74 condos. Our condo (unit 204) is on the second floor and offers the best of everything. It is a large, spacious condo with 1744 square feet inside the unit. We have an extra-large balcony (288 square feet) which overlooks all the action on the beach. The sunsets are incredible!

We have televisions in every room with a 65"-inch Smart LCD flat screen television in the living room, a 40-inch Smart TV in the master bedroom and 42-inch Smart TV screens in the remaining two bedrooms. There is surround sound in the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and on the balcony. Our condo has 1 DVD player in the living room and a five-disc CD player. The living room includes a large sofa, loveseat and 1 recliner. The sofa in the living room is also a queen sleeper.

There is a separate wet bar with ice maker and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your chef. The kitchen and wet bar have granite counter tops. NEW KITCHEN AND WET BAR!! ALL NEW KRAFT-MAID SOLID MAPLE CABINETS, NEW COUNTER-TOPS AND ALL NEW STAINLESS-STEEL APPLIANCES. NEW DUPONT STAIN-MASTER CARPET. NEW TILE IN BATHS, KITCHEN, LIVING AND DINING ROOM IN 2019. The laundry room is over-sized and has a full-size washer and dryer, as well as plenty of room for storage.

Princess 204 has king beds in every bedroom. One bedroom also has a daybed with pop-up trundle bed that makes into a 4th king bed. The master bedroom is oceanfront with an updated luxury master bath with double sinks, a large whirlpool tub, a walk-in closet and a DOUBLE SHOWER with two shower heads! The second and third bedrooms have private baths. The unit is freshly painted and well maintained. We just installed new carpet in all the bedrooms and new tile in the kitchen, living room, all bathrooms and laundry room.

The unit sleep 8-10 comfortably. Princess 204 is on a low floor but has a spectacular view. As all bedrooms have king beds and private baths, the condo will easily accommodate a large family with children or just couples.

Each rental comes with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET AND FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, 2 chairs with pads and umbrella FREE beach chair service is only available during Spring, Summer and early Fall.

Family Vacation
We were all impressed with this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and easy access to the elevators. The kitchen was stocked very well with cookware and cooking utensils. It was located close to several restaurants and grocery stores for added convenience and the traffic in this area was minimal. If we had any complaints it may be that we needed more towels and wash cloths per bathroom but the laundry room was amazing in this unit and we laundered what we needed.

Perfection!!
We enjoyed this condo very much. So much space. We had 7 adults and two children and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We had our coffee out there every day. The indoor pool was a bonus. The kids enjoyed that especially. I could go on and on but I will just say that we will definitely be coming back! Had what we needed. Hardly used the TV but when we wanted to, we could not stream our service. Nightlight bulbs need replaced and electric can opener did not work. The kitchen was well stocked with all non food items needed. Great for family, friends and wedding group to vacation. Brought our own pillows but didn't need as all bedding well stocked. Loved that quest had a closet to leave beach items others could use. We left our volleyball as we had 2 at home already. We also loved the space to have extra family over for dinner a couple nights.

Relaxing Beach Getaway!
The condo 204 was more than worth the money! The condo had every convenience of home that you could think of from having a well stocked kitchen with various appliances to pots and pans, silverware. The beach view was amazing to wake up to in the morning from the master bedroom and during the day with the curtains pulled back in the living room. All bedrooms were nice and provided ample room for our family of 9! A great family house! They even stocked various games for families to play. We had zero problems with the condo. We are definitely going to book with Jennifer and Donna again! If you are second guessing your decision to stay or are torn between this condo and another one, STOP! This is the perfect condo! Heated indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool. Beach access. It has everything.

Home away from home
The hospitality was refreshing and the effort to communicate clearly was impressive. This was the cleanest beach condo I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed to cook all my meals and the extra ice maker and fridge was a nice bonus. The balcony offered privacy on both ends and a spectacular front row view of the beach. We loved the heated pool to enjoy on Christmas day. Our family of seven stayed here and we were comfortable with the space. Our toddler grandson had plenty of okay space as well. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Donna's place is just perfect! The space, the view, the location, the communication, all of it! The condo has everything one could hope for in accommodations, along with nightly visits from dolphins! Wonderful stay
We have stayed at several condos in PCB and this one has been my favorite. Very convenient beach access when traveling with small children and easy to make trips to and from the condo/beach/pool. The building was not crowded and I liked being on the quieter end of PCB close to some of our favorite restaurants. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo and Location
When you walk into this condo you immediately know the owners take very good care of it. It was clean, excellent communication about your visit, coupons to use for the week and an awesome binder with information needed for the week. I loved being on the 2nd floor, but with this place, elevators were not a problem. Plenty of luggage racks to use when checking in and out. I also liked being at this end of the beach strip because there was less traffic to deal with. My only complaint, which the owners have no control over, is all the umbrellas that are put right in front of the rental chairs. You pay to rent the chairs only to have a large group put their chairs and umbrellas right in front of you. I would definitely rent here again.
