Beautiful pool, deck, and beach area. Room was average to below average and not worth the price. Musty room with damp carpet. Only one person at desk during busiest check in time but he was very friendly.

The room wasn’t very clean. Downstairs carpet was old and tattered.Trash cans rusty mess. Food service ppl was wonderful.We checked out early because one of the maids yelled at me and told me to put the towels back . And we had words and checked out right after. She was rude and condescending. Acted like I was stealing. I had explained to the other woman we had someone sleeping they couldn’t go to the room and she was fine with me getting towels. But the other lady flipped out. I didn’t appreciate her tone . I paid over $2000 for a 5 day room and it was un called for. So we left a day early because of her. I will never go back to that particular hotel. And I’m a honors member and just because u work there shouldt give u the right to speak to ppl that way!!!!

This property is ideal if you are traveling with your pet. It has a designated large green space on the front across the street where you park you car in a covered garage. If it rains the hotel has a breez way that is fully air conditioned that leads to the garage. A six minute walk to Pier Park that has all types of resturants and stores.

We liked everything! Loved that it was right on the beach. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. Cardinal at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. One thing that was irritating was that there was rarely any towels available for pool or beach. But we managed. Other than that everything was perfect!

Check in was very iffy. They kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet every person who came to check in did so immediately. We waited over two hours. I do understand check in is at 4, however why was everyone else’s rooms ready but not ours. Desk clerk rolled her eyes as if we were a bother when we asked when ours would be ready. All other staff was very nice and friendly.

We had a balcony room which I think might’ve contributed to the dewy smell, but I don’t know. We enjoyed the location and having immediate access to the beach and pool. Breakfast was nice, and changed up the options a little bit. They go out of their way to make sure the property is clean on the inside. Other than the smell in the room, and taking our towels and not replacing them when we were out of the room, our stay was great!

I never leave reviews but guys just save your money. The receptionist here is rude as hell. My room had little roaches in the mini fridge desk/tv area. Absolutely disgusting.

I think his name was Carlin but he works the front desk...he was soooo inviting during check in and our entire stay.The whole staff were so friendly and helpful. The views are great.I liked the covered parking but there is an ant issue on the bottom floor.My car was filled with them the day after we parked on the bottom floor.It took 2 days to get them out.The overall experience was great.The fireworks on the beach were phenomenal.

I loved that it was beachfront, and i had an amazing view of the fireworks being launched from the pier. However, there were several issues. The day we checked in, they were testing the fire alarm. It was supposed to stop by 2pm. It didnt stop until aroubd 6:30p.m. We were forced to stay outside because of the constant loud noise. After a 13 hour drive, I really wanted a nap. And once they quit testing the fire alarm system, they tested the elevators, making them inoperable from about 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Not bad but we were on the 5th floor, so after the long drive and no rest, had no choice but to go up 5 floors on the stairs. Next issue, towels. There were 5 of us. We started off with 3 towels. Asked for more. Was assured we'd be brought 2 more. Never happened. The 5 days we stayed, we had to constantly beg for enough towels for eberyone to be able to shower. Can't remember how many times we were told they were completely out of towels. If you don't have enough towels then buy more! Last but not least, the room was not sufficiently clean. The duvets came out of their covers and they were not clean. They had dried up brown "funk" on one and the other was gross as well. We found hairs in the beds, and our sheets were stained. There was either feces or animal food on the floor. For $400+/night, these things shouldn't have been issues! This was our first time staying here, and our last. I've stayed beachfront every year, at less expensive places with zero issues.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely and my son liked how much staff was around and how safe he felt goin back and forth from pool. The only problem wash getting towels and rags .

I was pleasantly surprised by our state at Hampton Inn suite beachfront. The facility was very clean. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good such a great value.

I like it was on the beach and it was newer hotel, I didnt like the staff, most were rude and unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and room was never cleaned except trash taken out. I had to ask on the 4 th day to have our clean room. All they did was makeup bed and take trash out. I specifically ask for floors to be cleaned they were not. PAID 349.00 A NITE Will NOT be BACK. Never had hotel desk so unhelpful. I guess they think they dont have to be. Just very sad when you spend that kind of money for a room and feel like you are doing them a favor. When I got in the shower from walking on those floors black dirt came off my feet. I had tennis shoes and took them off to get in shower. I asked why cups were not in bathroom and the front desk person was very rude and said they didnt supply cups. I just needed one to take my medicine . All of the front desk were just not helpful at all. Never been to hotel with that kind of rate that was so unhelpful, Beds were note comfortable. Pool was always shaded and not enough chairs. Never able to get in pool unless I wanted to stand up.

The staff was amazing in Panama City. My family and I enjoyed our vacation. Hampton is my favorite place to stay wherever I go but the staff in Panama City was absolutely amazing.
