It was very nice and clean. The breakfast that was provided had many different options which me and my family loved. The walk from the beach and the pools are the best. The hotel isn’t far from most restaurants. They’re a walkable distance.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in PCB! Extremely clean, friendly and nice staff, plenty of things to do that are within walking distance, and the pool/lazy river were very relaxing. Also the breakfast and coffee were outstanding! Will definitely be back for our next vacation!

Our family had a great experience from the check in, the clean room and bathroom to the fun heated lazy river (one of the faster ones we've been on), warm pool and hot tub while watching a movie on a projected screen and direct beach access! They have 3 quick elevators. Only thing but is normal in the area is that there is parking and service fees to add to the bill. A+++

My wife and I wanted to go to Panama City beach and this was an excellent choice. The check in was easy, the room was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. They had a 3 pools, one inside and two outside. One of the outside pools had a lazy river and the other was a walk in pool. At night they had a big screen playing children movies for the kids to watch while in the pool. The breakfast buffet probably was the best we have had at any hotel that offered free breakfast. One morning we spotted a 15 year old fishing from the beach at day break. He was standing in 2 feet of water and a Manatee swam up to him. Amazing to see a gentle giant within arms reach hang around this young man. The water was flat and held 2 foot deep pools to hang out in with lots of fish. The water conditions were gin clear. We snorkeled around the area and saw lots of fish. It was like being inside an aquarium. If you visit check out the two piers in the area.( go early) We saw so much life in the clear waters. We will remember this trip forever. Thank you all for making it such a special trip. We will be back.

The bill was wrong the young lady had put $700 on the MasterCard and which addressed her about it and she dismissed it and said it was a third party. So then I sat for a while and thought about it looked it over and decided to talk to another lady and she fixed it and took it off I had already paid for everything included all the property taxes. Our room was very dirty. We found bedbugs in our bed. Our room was cleaned twice and the floors were always wet. The walls and ceilings in the room were in terrible condition - the paint was peeling off. Someone was constantly pooped in the pool and the pool was closed for cleaning. The air conditioner was very noisy. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Very convenient exit from the hotel to the beach. There are a lot of parking spaces, the underground parking stinks very much, as there are garbage bins there!
