The front desk needed more training. I had just driven 10 hrs and they were very slow handling my check in. They seemed confused on my reservation. When they assigned me a room they told me 224, to be honest I was barely paying attention by then. When I got near my room I pulled the card out. It said 225. I thought I misheard so I was trying to open 225. After 6-8 attempts and several curse words I gave up. I went back to the front and they told me the correct room. Very dangerous situation!! I always carry a weapon with me traveling and if someone was jiggling my door handle while I was in the room that could have been a dangerous situation……

Mediocre. A bit dirty. Bathtub had little hairs in it. Carpet was damp as well as the towels. When I walked in the heat was basically on and it was humid in the room. Good note the bed was comfortable. Hotel is outdated but was convenient for what I needed.

It was close to our friend’s place. Quiet and safe. The staff were very friendly. Could use an update in the decor and a little upgrade on the breakfast choices to make it Excellent in my rating.

Hotel is showing wear and tear. Needs to be recarpeted. Trim work needs to be painted around the elevator. The breakfast eggs were a joke they looked like fake eggs. Worst stay ever

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst things we’ve had in a long long time. Besides it being the Handicap accessories room, it surprised us even more. The main king bed was broken to the point that we noticed it when we started getting headed aches that the head of the bed was down farther then your feet. Also there was a terrible water smell to the point that it made you wonder about a mold problem. That is being reported to the local code enforcement division to prevent a major mold problem. Last of this disastrous situation, the hotel manager decided to perform a fire alarm test at 15 minutes before checkout time. They did not notify us by phone, it was broken, nor by knocking on the doors of the people with children especially or did they put a notice under the door as they claimed too! At this point we decided to contact all that are associated with this property. Legal and business matters.

Needs better upkeep

Room was musky, a/c needed servicing due to it giving an E5 refrigerant low fault code with it barely capable of keeping the room cool. Weird tv functions to get it to work. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Stay was quiet but needs better upkeep.

My day was supposed to be for four days, but I had to extend it for an additional day and had no problem doing so. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. The amenities were good for the price. The breakfast was decent, but not a lot of options, but it was enough to fill you up for the morning. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others.
