Everything about the stay was enjoyable apart from the customer service at the desk. They should work on their smile as well when talking with customers because they hardly smiled or sounded friendly in my conversation with three different people on the reception desk. They did not seem as friendly and they want you out by 11 AM Even though it mentions on every door of the room that the check out time is 12:00PM.

Room was not ready until 2 hours after check in time. They did give us a free breakfast because we had to wait so long for room. On afternoon of day 1, we were notified that the power would be going out by 7am the following day and would be out all day due to maintenance repairs. This was a major issue since we were on the 14th floor and would have no elevators, a/c, and unable to use our kitchen in our room. Also maintenance man tried to enter our hotel room without knocking and couldn’t explain why he was trying to enter our room. Scary! Room was decent for the price. Other than the lobby, this hotel needs a lot of cosmetic repairs.

I never got to stay here! Expedia didnt let me know I had 147.00 worth of fees to have to pay directly to the hotel on site- on the paper it had 47.00 so I did not have enough money on the card I had to pay the full two nights. They would not book me for one night because there was no rooms available and I had paid for two nights already-.They only refunded me one night. I feel they should have refunded my full amount because I was not aware of the other 100 I was going to have to pay. I had to drive 4 hours back home,, I had just driven there-.vacation and no room to stay anywhere else... because they had took my 288.00. She said at Radisson they couldnt let me in only paying the fee for one night only. So I had to leave and go back home crying, and upset. I will be contacting my lawyer for full reimbursement of my money...

Overall a good experience. However, there was one small inconvenience. My last night there was the night before Easter and I wanted to iron my clothes for church the next morning. There was no ironing board in my room. When I messaged the front desk asking about an ironing board, they replied there is one in the room. When i stated there was not, they did not reply. I waited a few.minutes in case they were tryong to bring one. When i messaged again askong if I could have one brought up, still no reply. I never got an ironing board, or even a response to not having one. They could have at least said something, even if it was "sorry we dont have any more." But not a word.

The listing for this hotel is dishonest. It says there are beach loungers included with amenities, or cabanas at a surcharge. This was completely untrue. The beach loungers were owned and opperated by a seperate company, and cost $20 per day, per chair, and the cabanas did not exist. I also was informed AFTER booking that a daily resort fee of $19 would also be charged to my card. Why isnt that included in the Expedia listing? Parking was extremely limited, and I felt like I had to use the valet, another $20 a day. So you know, an extra $100 a day or so (for two people) really ads up. Very disapointed in the hotel and Expedia for the lack of proper info for this listing.

The property was filthy. Stains on sheets, walls and even bodily fluids on the “clean” toilet paper. Beds were discolored. Gunk in all baseboards and in corners of walls. I walked and then left 5 minutes later and checked out. Staff was understanding and kind. I would never recommend staying here.
