This sleek two-bedroom condo offers “Front Row” access to Rosemary's Augustine Green, which features a state-of-the-art amphitheater for special events. Enjoy family-friendly activities on the lawn or keep an eye on the kids from the wrap-around porch, defined by French blue shutters and white stucco walls. Ideal for family vacations, this tailored cottage can sleep six thanks to built-in bunks nestled in the hallway between the master suite and guest bedroom. In the main living area, dinner is made easy with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the breakfast bar and dining table, while plush couches and a large screen TV beckon for family movie night. When it's time to explore, the Cabana pool is a short walk away as well as the top-rated restaurants and shops of Rosemary Village.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your home. Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family's long lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. Parking The Front Row does not have designated parking. There is a parking lot behind the condominium building as well as street parking lining the front of the building. Please note: ONLY 2 parking passes are issued for this home per HOA, and we are not allowed to provide extras.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure) ~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES ~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking ~ Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 30 days) ~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 30 days prior to the arrival date ~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full. ~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M. ~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
