Newly Renovated after Hurricane Michael. "The Nest" beach house is back and rent ready. Many of our favorite restaurants are open as well as the local grocery store in PSJ. Come enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and it’s famous white sand pet friendly beaches. This cottage is adorable. Relax on the screen porch under a cool fan breeze and watch the waves, the sunsets, and the beauty of the Florida Gulf! Never run out of ice with the large volume ice maker. Ready for the beach cooler! Enjoy the brand new huge privacy outdoor shower. Perfect for washing the kids or pets off after a long day at the beach.

Walk steps to one of the world's most incredible, pet friendly white sand beaches. Fish from the beach, or bring/rent a boat. New boat ramp right up the road. Plenty of parking for trailer and boat!

****We can Rent 26" BEACH CRUISER Bikes with Aluminum Frames for $50 per week per bike.

Let me know in advance if you are interested in weekly bike rentals.

Enjoy shopping in quaint shops for unique gifts and local art. Eat the most delicious seafood found anywhere.

Go scalloping, crabbing, snorkeling, or just sit on our quiet beach and read a good book!

Our 53 day stay was amazing. We were a block away from the Gulf. We could see sunset on our screened in porch. The house itself was bright and sunny! We cook at home more than go out, and every thing we needed to do that was there. When we had a question, Kevin was on top of it, planning to return!

Great Location, very clean! Went down for a 3 day fishing trip with 2 friends and really enjoyed the place. Very convenient to boat ramp and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at The Nest! Kevin was super responsive before and during our stay with any questions or needs that came up, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The location couldn't have been better -- so easy to go back and forth to the super close beach access. The house was cozy but plenty spacious for our family of five. The ice maker was a small addition that made a big impact in ease of packing up for the beach and never running out of ice! It was also great to have use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys, as we didn't have to bring our bulky cart with us. Best of all, this was our first pet-friendly stay, and it was so great having our pup with us! One note: doors are all slatted (including bathroom doors), I'm assuming to help with air circulation. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for anyone needing more privacy. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked with what one would have in his home. The property manager was very responsive to an AC problem, and I was particularly impressed with the icemaker. It save me the task of running for ice each day to keep my oysters happy.

just the right location! Pictures dont do justice everything you need we had such a great time cant wait to come back next year! Amazing host as well so quick to respond and sooo nice and friendly and helpful :) Everything you need to cook dinner relax and just have agreat vaction! The Nest is a cozy, peaceful haven within sight of the beach. My friend and I enjoyed staying there very much. I loved the outdoor shower! and I was so grateful to get to enjoy my vacation with my dogs. Kevin was a perfect host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The neighborhood is also very clean and peaceful. I didn't want to leave!

We had such a great time at the Nest! It was so close to the beach, we loved being able to see the Gulf from the front porch. Everything was the way it was advertised on VRBO. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacay. The Nest was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 6. Our dog Wally enjoyed the home. It wad nice to be able to bring our dog down to the beach and play. Highly recommend the Nest and the Port St. Joe beach. We love this area because it is so much calmer and relaxing compared to the PCB and 30A area. Hope to return next summer!

Our month long stay was so relaxing! Beautiful walks on the beach (so close by), afternoon reads on the beach, the porch and our favorite, the screened in porch! From start to finish the Host-Kevin was great. The nest had everything you needed. The icemaker was a Huge bonus. Our boat fit great in the driveway. We loved the very very short walk to the beach and our dog Quill loved it! We caught sheephead- catfish- trout- black drum- sun rays-sunsets to die for and not to mention the golf cart parades-LOL - Found some great food in Port St. Joe. Thanks for sharing The Nest with us and we would definitely stay here again!
