This property is older and not fancy, but....it is perfect for a family on a budget. Our room was clean, had cold air, and a great view of the Gulf of America. It was quiet at night, unlike what other reviews said. It will be my first choice the next time we go to PCB! The only negative was parking wasn't great, but I was always able to find a spot after waiting a few minutes. Overall this hotel is great.

1) The "parking lot for the hotel" is also the parking lot for the restaurant next door (Sharky's), which is also owned by the same company. There is a VERY limited number of parking spots in the Reef's parking lot and they encourage the patrons of Sharkey's to park there (owned by the same company). They say there is an overflow lot 2 lots down but the restaurant takes the spots nearby and the hotel guests go to the 2 blocks down lot. So the hotel guests (which were paying about $180 per day when I stayed there) while the Sharky's didn't pay anything. 2) There was one (1) trash can and bag in the Reef, (3) THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER AT THE REEF MOST DAYS!, (4) if I went out I had to circle the parking area several times until one of the patrons of the restaurant left so I could get a parking space. There was a fight that broke out between many family members in the rooms on the first floor and the police were called, and the fire service was called and an individual was carried off in a police vehicle. The front desk people diden't know what was going on. the security (I never saw any) didn't know what was going on and hotel never knew. So DO NOT STAY HERE AT THE PERIL OF YOUR LIVE...THIS IS A CRIMINAL SLUM. Spend your money elsewhere.

The location advertised is true right on the beach however the pool was dirty, and room was not clean, there was a tile in the room that was open. Dirt and sand all in the room when arriving. Not to mention people openly using marijuana all hours of the day room smelled horrible. Parking was absolute joke shared parking lot with restaurant sharkys. Additional parking is across the street. Good luck find a spot there as well. Would not recommend stay at this property.

We arrived there and a broken bed and then the hotels had no wash wags to provide To us and on top of that there was a water leaking in the floor from the wall. We will not ever stay there again.

The location is perfect and it’s right on the beach. The rooms are large and roomy. Bed was a king and super comfortable! Only bad part is the parking is limited but there’s a large lot across the street. It’s an older hotel but our room was very clean. We would stay here again!

It was fine for an older property. Parking is very limited and competes with restaurants; thus, it overflows into a lot across the street. The eastern side of the property Neighbor’s Señor Frogs, which plays VERY loud music until 1 a.m.

Restaurants nearby. Grab a souvenir mug from sharky's and go out into the water. Señor frogs is okay. Though the music is too loud. The beach is just steps away. Staff is always friendly. Other dining options are walkable. We like this property. It's great for an economy budget.

Upon check in, there was no soap in the room, I checked in late so I took a shower without soap. I ended up buying some the next day from the store. Water pressure was lost, and was unable to take a shower before heading out for the day of tournaments.
