If you really want to be 'On' the beach, then here's your condo/townhouse. A few steps from the Sliding Glass Door & your are standing on the the sugary sand of PCB!

Pirate Cove Villas is a low density complex on the the west side of Panama City Beach. It is conveniently located near PCB & South Walton Beach (30A) restaurants, shopping, golf, Deep Sea Fishing, & many water sport activities.

Pirate Cove Villas allows you to quickly jump on Hwy 98 and head west to 30A, Sandestin, or Destin. You can also take Front Beach Road east, along the coast, & and follow it into the heart of PCB.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Twin Bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs.

If you want to spend your vacation waiting and fighting for elevators, then Pirate Cove Villas may not be for you. But if you would rather spend your precious vacation time on sugary white sands & in the emerald water of the gulf coast, then Pirate Cove Villas is your kind of place!

Cannot recommend this place enough. If you want to enjoy the beach, and unwind, this is the place. The views are stunning, and the sunsets are spectacular. Bonus seeing sea turtles and dolphins. I will rebook.

Very Nice Condo and Perfect Location!!
The condo was great! The only negatives were a few little things like the toaster was broken and there weren't any hot pads to remove things from the oven. The location made up for it though. We walked out the family room door and we were on the beach. There were a lot of fellow travelers next to us, but not nearly as crowded as staying in the big high rises. We loved it and will be going back to stay in this condor or area again!

Peaceful Stay
The house was the exact same as pictured, it was beautiful! Loved the back porch and all the chairs outside. The only thing I didn't care for were the beds, they were not that comfortable. The neighbors did take the one outside full lay out chair from outside and was rude claiming that is was hers. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Location is excellent, quiet, easy access. Very clean, everything we needed was there. Plenty of room for everyone and still have privacy. Access to beach couldn't be better. Can't think of a single negative.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want quiet and secluded! Walk right off your porch onto the beach. Away from all of the spring break mess but close and convenient. Very nice accommodation! Clean well equipped! Perfect! We so enjoyed a long weekend with our oldest daughter, and she did too! ❤️

Only one complaint
My complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. This trip was THE PERFECT trip. We had plenty of room on the beach with no crowding or partying. The location of the house was ideal with 3 grocery stores nearby, eateries within walking distance. A short drive took us to the “beach”stores and touristy hangouts if that’s what you’re looking for. We loved the off the beaten path feel for our need for QUIET. The house was cozy and clean with the best views of the water. The master bedroom overlooked the beach and water. We left the sliding door open just a smudge so we could hear the waves all night long. We highly recommend this location if ON THE BEACH is what you’re wanting.

Loved the location. But needs simple upgrades. The furniture was broken down…..tv in kids room didn’t work most of the time, beach door didn’t lock, and the kitchen cookware needs to be replaced…… overall….. being on the sand was the selling point.

The view from this townhouse is worth the price of admission! It’s beautiful! I saw that some reviewers said that it needed some updates. It could use some, but everything is in working order and nothing looks bad. Just old in some cases. I do have 2 pet peeves when renting a VRBO. I expect there to be hangers. All the time, every time. Even Motel 6 provides hangers. This property had 1 pants hanger. So, no good there. Also, I think every property should have a full length mirror. No go on that too. in addition to those items, the sliding glass door needs some grease or something. It’s super hard to open from the outside. With that being said, I’d, without a doubt, rent this unit again. The bonus of the view, walk to the water and the neighborhood made the few things that could have been better not such a big deal. Also, check out Bayou Bills chargrilled oysters….good grief!! Delicious!! We LOVED this trip!!

Great location!
We stayed at this property for our 2023 spring break holiday. The condo is located on the beach, exactly as advertised and exactly what we wanted. The description and list of amenities is very accurate. There's no grill, nor Keurig, nor loads of kitchen gadgets, but with it being on the sand just steps from the ocean, they aren't needed. There are a few beach chairs and a small basket of beach toys for building sand castles. Bring your own beach towels and sun shades (and maybe your own beach chairs). There's no grill because grilling (open flame) isn't allowed on the beach; though you could bring your own grill and grill in the parking lot. The beach was never crowded—very private feeling. It's amazing to spend a week living right on the beach. We'd love to return someday. <3
