“Am liebsten möchte ich ja gar keine gute Bewertung angeben, damit dieses wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde weiterhin so unberührt bleibt, wie es ist. Das große Hanggrundstück mit insgesamt vier Ferienhäusern liegt knapp oberhalb des Meeres. Rechts ein kleiner Strand mit 9 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, links eine Bucht, die quasi zum Haus gehört Sowohl der Ausblick als auch die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber lassen sich kaum in Worte fassen. Wir waren für neun Tage dort und mussten wirklich weinen, als wir……

“La proprietà si è subito presentata in maniera impeccabile, anche grazie all’impegno e alla precisione del proprietario, che si è sempre accertato che fosse tutto perfetto. La villa presenta ogni tipo di servizio per garantire un soggiorno eccellente e la piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta di una struttura già ottima. I giorni passati in villa sono trascorsi senza monotonia e usufruendo dei molteplici spazi a disposizione. Consigliatissima!!”

“There are stunning views from the villa. Sadly this did not translate into a stunning holiday. The main problem was the unresponsive and rude housekeeper. We'd not been told where to put the rubbish. In some villas we've stayed the housekeeper would move this periodically or at the end of the stay. We left 1 bag of rubbish / 2 small bags of plastic/glass in strong bags, tied tightly so no ants etc could get in. We left the villa in a tidy & clean manner. So we were astonished when the day……

“Sehr netter Kontakt mit Gastgeber Maurillo mit google Übersetzung, wer kein italienisch kann über die App.schönes Appartment für 2 Erwachsene,aber auch 1-2 Kinder könnten mitkommen, wie beschrieben.Canneto, Lipari ist bester Ausgangspunkt für alle äolischen Inseln.supermarkt nicht weit.gerne wieder.”

“Sehr große Wohnung mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Zu Fuß ca 15 min von Aliscafo-Anleger, das letzte Stück an stark befahrener Straße ohne Gehweg. Mit Kindern war das nicht so gut. Die Straße ist auch sehr laut schon früh morgens. Die Aussicht über Lipari-Stadt und alle Schiffe war das Beste. Leider keine Markise an Balkon daher im August nur abends nutzbar. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gab viele Ameisen. Achtung es gibt zwar 2 Toiletten aber……

“Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. ”
