“We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small……

“Staff is not enough coperative. Room have less space. Adequate room service, like tea, is not available. Mandir distance is not 5mts walking, at least 10mts.”

“We arrived in Nashik and entered the hotel in Google Maps and it said it was 1 hour 55 mins away/85 kilometres away! It is not in Nashik (it's up towards Surat) and is not 10km from the Sula vineyards. Very misleading and frustrating. ”

“1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine”
