“The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!...”

“Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap ”

“When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as……
