"沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！ 貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？ 這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。 於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！ 一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！ 另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣， 每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！ ..."
