“This is a great property. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and fireplace. Very relaxing. We took a winter getaway and so were not able to use the patio, but it looked very inviting even with snow on it. The unit was well stocked with cooking items, the furniture was very comfortable. The location is a convenient distance from Mahone Bay and Chester; great for lunch, dinner or just coffee shop hopping. Will definitely try to get back. ”

“Me and my partner had an amazing time at this super sweet unit. It looks just like the pictures, check in and check out was super easy and host was very helpful. It is a little drive from downtown and shopping centre but we didn’t mind. It was nice, clean and welcoming. ”

“November 8th - November 13th There are not enough words to describe this property!! The amount of care that is put into everything is amazing. Beth has thought of EVERYTHING you could need...just when you think "Hmm, she probably doesn't have that..." just open a drawer, and there's a great chance you'll find it! The cottage was sparkling clean, the location/view was exactly as shown in the pics, it's phenomenal. We stayed there for 5 nights and I think we had the best sleep we've had in years!……

We were just a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not functional and there were no ping pong table available which were 2 things we were looking forward to. Other than that, we had an amazing time with the family.”

“We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. ”

“Very easy to get to the highway to explore the south shore or HRM. Nice to have a separate space from the hosts. Hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved the dishwasher! Consider bringing slippers as the floors get cold - not a big deal! The views from this second story are worth it!”

“This home was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of space, everything we needed to prepare meals, and even a crib and high chair for our 9 month old great grand child! The hot tub, chess board, pool table, fuzz ball table and dart board provided lots of interaction opportunities … including a high spirited two team tournament on Saturday night.The location was perfect for our purpose as my son and his wife flew in to join us for the weekend and the rest of us just drove over from PEI.
