“Excellent! Amazingly friendly, smiling people I met during my 1 whole month stay at Citi Boutique Hotel. You all made me feel at home so I felt like I was finally home in my family comfort zone. Oh my god the food was so amazing and not to forget cappuccino yes cappuccino they make excellent cappuccino and the chefs are too good "AMAZING FOOD" well prepared! From top to bottom everything made me feel at home. All great workers, great service "YES TOO GOOD YOU ALL ARE" Beautiful friendly smile……

“The hotel was comfortable with beautiful grounds. The shower in my bathroom leaked water under the wall to the underside of the sink. It didn't affect my stay but it revealed the age of the room. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. ”

“KBB is situated perfectly, and the dining balcony is stunning with the views! The food was delicious, but the service was not all that. I found myself waiting a lot, having to try to get the attention of the staff or even walking up to them to ask for service. There was also an issue with ordering a set with lunch, drink and dessert, where I didn't get the drink, and had to ask for the dessert after having waited for a very long time. The room in it self was good. I loved my little balcony……
