“This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. “Apartment is very new, super clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the sunset and the bay from the balcony. Our family was taking kite surfing lessons and school is at walking distance. Our host Victor was very nice and responsive, gave us lots of tips of the area. Just be aware that “service room” is basically a bed in a closet off the laundry room with no air conditioning. There is still construction going on on the premises but we did not hear much noise. We would go back again! ”

“Booking. We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located. The 'management company' seems to do everything through Wahtsapp, as I don't use this, they were 'unable to communicate with me' that's what they said.
