“We had a wonderful time! The place was so clean and in such a beautiful location. One of the most thoughtful places we've stayed in- they left us so many snacks, fresh fruit, creamer and coffee. They even included a precious little toy for our kids! We had a great time and the hosts were so communicate when we had a technological issue on our end. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends! ”

“My siblings and I had a great stay at the lodge. Lots of wildlife and beautiful gardens. A short drive to some of the most spectacular views on the Grand Mesa and under an hour to Palisade and Grand Junction. The interior of the space was comfortable and spacious for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear David and Deese take great care to keep the property clean and in good repair. Glad we gave it a chance!”

“Communication with the host was great. They even did special touches to help us celebrate a birthday. It was a cute bnb in a cute quiet neighborhood. Very lovely little space that could sleep a family. Very pleasant overall. Loved meeting puppies of other visiting guests. Though there were spider webs around baseboards and in the bathroom. We had to kill a black widow we found in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great. Would love to visit again. ”

“We came to Colorado on a family vacation, as our closest friends have moved to the Denver area, so naturally my husband's BFF came along for the ride. Prior to having children, we referred to him as our adopted son, but now that we have children of our own, he is their "uncle" - family by choice. This house was perfect! “We loved seeing the alpacas every day. The house is clean and well-stocked with everything we needed as far as utensils and cookware. Unfortunately the jetted tub was not working, but the owner was not aware. Hope to stay again soon!”

“We love the property. The only problem we had was Waze took us into the school parking lot first and we had a nice tour of the school and the grounds. I then realized it was the next driveway. The alpacas were fun. Very friendly. The house left a bag of kibble in our unit to feed the alpacas with. They had a great alpaca gift shop.Something to note, one of the units is actually a basement unit. It does have windows so it does let light in, but it is below another unit and is a basement unit.
