“Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! “We had an excellent holiday in the hotel of Tropical for one week in August. The pool-view room was big with balcony and kitchenette, which were cleaned every day. There's good wi-fi and conditioner, which worked properly. The location was great. There were supermarkets, the city center and sea nearby. The food was tasty. The staff was very kind and helpful. They created warm and pleasant atmosphere.
