"1.屋主會放狗嚇人。第一次入住時已先告知屋主會晚到，因航班問題及地面交通因素，約晚上12點多到。屋主事先也回復晚到時可直接按密碼鎖入圍及留下她的連絡電話，但按密碼鎖摸黑入屋時，冷不防一隻大狗衝入，直舖而來，嚇得我和小孩立刻關上門。打電話也沒人接。等了五分鍾才硬著頭皮再按一次密碼鎖，進屋時屋主才由房內走出，不但沒道歉反而說11點以後入住很不便，以為你們不來，等等。馬上要求押金200元和清潔費50元要先付。我問說3號房間在那（跟據原先問題回復），屋主說2號房不就在這，我說你留言不是說要我自行checkin時找3號房嗎。當下沒跟她多說先入房內安頓號。 2.入房後因旅途勞累，先洗澡，準備就寢。我洗完換小孩，屋主冷不防在房外不敲門大聲詢問，這麼晚了不要沖澡，會妨礙別人睡覺，我們這裡禁止晚上11-7點間沖澡。我只好回復說知道了。寄人籬下不得不低頭。 ..."
