“This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite.”

“Every detail of this hotel from the herringbone cloth slippers to the Santa Maria Novella products in the bathroom have been thoughtfully considered in a way some 5 stars miss. All this and an amazing team at Reception and the Restaurant. ”
