“What a great property with everything you could want! Immaculate condition and wonderful property owners!”

“Property was super clean, kitchen had most everything you would need for home cooking (including a robust spice rack), views were awesome, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. House had plenty of space for four adults. The only caution to prospective occupants with trailers would be that the entry driveway is tight. We had two big trucks towing trailers and our jeeps. Thank goodness the guys were great at backing up. However, once in the driveway there was plenty of room for offloading……

“New, clean, mountain retreat with deer in the yard greeting us on arrival. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, roomy home. Excellent access to both the 4x4 trails near Moab and the La Sals. Cool temperatures due to the altitude. Amazing stay!”

I have decided to leave a review as a result of their inaction to correct their wrongs. To list what was wrong: -this is a CAMPGROUND not a ranch. They do not mention that anywhere in this listing. You will be surrounded by campsites, even behind the hobbit house. There is no privacy. There were 40+ people there camping at the……
