“This is a good place to stay in Rouen. Nice room, friendly staff, good condition, great location. Our only complaint is that our room was very cold. The thermostat in the room did not work. Temps were in the 40’s during our stay. We were told that there was no heat for the room, but no other explanation . We kept the towel warmer turned up high and that was out only heat. We were glad to leave after our 4-night stay. ”

“Our last stopover of our holiday before getting the ferry from Calais. The area was very busy. A lot of shops, restaurants and a hyper market, handy if you need to fill up for your onward journey. Check in was easy by a very pleasant man. I had to pay for our dog, €5 per night. He changed our room to a larger one as we had the dog. Normally down graded !!! The room was comfortable, especially when we got the heating on. The bed was huge bigger than a king size and comfy. Bathroom was adequate.……
