“Nosotros hemos disfrutado de la estancia, pero reconocemos que la propiedad ha de hacer arreglos en la casa. Tenía goteras, olores a cloacas, el agua calentaba mucho en unas duchas en otras salía fria y la piscina que estaba fuera de la casa no estaba disponible por no estar en el mes de Mayo por lo que en el anuncio nunca se especificó esto no hemos podido disfrutarla.”

“You would want to rent this little cottage mostly for the great location (5 minutes walk from the beach) and outdoor seating area with nice little pool and awesome bbq. The cottage itself is quite basic, but you'll want to spend most of your time outdoors anyway. The cottage doesn't have any shutters, so it can get very warm in the summer. Sleeping with the windows open can be a challenge because of the AP7 highway nearby.”

Marcel es la persona q ha estado pendiente de nosotros durante nuestra estancia, es muy atento y se ha preocupado en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo. Si es cierto q la finca está genial pero bastante descuidada..tanto el jardín como el mobiliario y falta de limpieza y mantenimiento……

“Wir haben die Villa mit 4 befreundeten Familien gebucht und hatten eine super Zeit in L'Ametlla de Mar. Das Örtchen ist übersichtlich und nicht von Touristen überlaufen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Villa eignet sich hervorragen für so große Gruppen, wir konnten draußen alle gemeinsam speisen uns man konnte sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Die Ausstattung bspw. hinsichtlich einheitlichem Geschirr und eine optimalere Nutzung des Außengrills wären für den Preis wünschenswert gewesen.……

“Wir wurden per whats app vom, ich glaube so eine Art Verwalter, kontaktiert . Marcel schickte uns die genauen Koordinaten zu und wartete am Tor auf uns . Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Wir waren 3 erwachsene mit 2 kleinen hunden. Einfach perfekt. Das Grundstück ist zwar nicht komplett umzäunt jedoch liegt los pinos oberhalb der anderen häuser und man ist wirklich für sich. Einen Nachteil gibt es . Man hört ziemlich oft und laut die Autobahn. Gerade nachts……
