“This hotel is closed down. We made a reservation months ago and our reservation was never canceled, we never received a call or never received an email letting us know they were closed down. We pulled in to check in,and it is completely dark. We drive to the side to see if there is a sign or something and all we saw were old hotel beds and stuff just dumped out in the parking lot. So then we have to call atound and pay more put of pocket for a hotel to find one ar the last second. Totally……
