Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.

The staff was extremely patient and friendly - 10 stars for them! The crowds at breakfast and at the shuttle were overwhelming. We did not eat breakfast as we could not even find a plate nevermind a table. The shuttle is for 5 hotels so you can imagine the free for all trying to get on I saw teenagers pushing kids out of the way to get on - if you have kids younger than 8 avoid the shuttle unless the line is small. They really need more shuttles so it isnt such a competition for them. We walked to the park in the mornings and it was a nice start to the day.

Great affordable spot for visiting Disneyland Paris. Rooms are large and clean, and pretty quiet. Amenities are simple, but you don’t need much when you’re in the parks all day! The free shuttle to the parks and train station is often very crowded, but there is a public bus route a 6 minute walk away that is way less crowded and worth the €2 to not feel like a sardine. Breakfast is delicious but I recommend going before 8:30am as it’s gets very busy and hard to navigate. Overall, I recommend the hotel for those looking for an affordable place to sleep after full days in the parks or out in Paris (less than an hour away and €2.50 by metro).

Fijn dat de pendelbus naar disney er is. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Jammer dat er geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer is. Bij het ontbijt zou er ei geserveerd kunnen worden. Verder netjes en prima eten.

La chambre était propre et le personnel agréable. Il y a avait beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuné. Le seul point d'amélioration serait plus de navette pour Disney. Nous devions attendre 2/3 navette avant de pouvoir monter dedans des fois à cause du monde.

Muy mala atención la camarera cuando llegando el viernes le pregunto ala camarera la cena y ella estaba ella estaba asiendo dibujo en una pisara después de tres minutos me contesta en Ingres o France nada más y recepción nadien habla español les preguntas y no saben nada y la Comida mala la de cena y la o desayuno fatal no volvería lo único bueno que fue la camarer@s de piso dejo super bien la habitación no volvería a ese hotel y no voy a recomendar

This property, charged me twice. They could not cancel a reservation that somehow was booked a year in advance due to a system glitch. They told expedia they would fix it then backed out. So, comes the date of my trip for a year later and they still wont refund but i can cancel and they can rebook it and make more money. What a scam and fraudulent way to run a business. Save your money and go elsewhere. The shuttle to disney parks sucks, stops at multiple places, we took an Uber instead. The breakfast? Good luck finding a place to sit, its soo packed.

Struttura carina; personale gentile; vicina ai parchi Disney; abbastanza pulita; ma non ci tornerei per alcuni aspetti non completamente positivi.. Navetta gratuita si, ma non proprio a 10minuti dai parchi; in base al giro che fa, ci mette 5minuti o 15-20minuti, in quanto il b&b è l'ultimo servito.. mattina e sera passa ogni 10-15min ma affollatissima e nella maggior parte dei casi, bisogna aspettare la seconda, la terza, anche la quarta..il pomeriggio non prima di ogni ora.. taxi però sempre disponibili.. stanza piccolissima con bagno piccolissimo, al contrario di come si vede in foto.. no frigobar ne in stanza ne nei luoghi comuni.. ho dovuto buttare il latte della bimba aperto, perché non mi hanno dato nessuna possibilità di conservarlo al fresco gratuitamente. Colazione buona.. pranzo e cena assolutamente no..

Eigentlich alles oki aber trotz klima auf maximum war es sehr heiss in den zimmern und abends das essen war von 8 pizzas 5 ausverkauft und man hatte keine auswahl und die automaten mit den brötchen hat nicht richtig funktioniert aber sonst war alles sehr gut.

This hotel was a good option if you want to go to Disneyland Paris. The room had 2 beds and a bunk bed so every member of my family had our own bed. The only issue was the bus that transports you back and forth from the park. The bus schedule said it arrives to pick up those leaving the park every 15 minutes, however, we waited for the bus for over an hour. We ended up needing to pay for a taxi back instead. Very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast is free but it was laid out so odd and so crowded that we couldn’t even get to the food.

Very small rooms whitout refrigerator(which you have to pay extra for refrigerator),the air condition wasnt working correctly(only cold air which i told them twice and they said they fixed it but it wasnt fixed.The cleaning lady the morning she change 2 towels instead of 4 and the bathroom was full of dust.The Stuff was perfect except 1 girl who was very rude to us and to some other families.At 05/09/25 she was shouting and talking very rude about our food order and for an empty plate we asked.I complained about her to the restaurant manager who was a young boy and he told me that he is very sorry about what happened and this girl have some problems on her own that day.The next day i went to the restaurant bar and i asked for mojito and she told me that there is no mojito for that night because she didnt have lime and mint.Im laughing out loud with her.You cant have this kind of persons as employees because its bad reputation for any work.The vending machines are very expensives. The good thing was the trasportation to Disneyland parks.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und kundenorientiert. Shuttleservice ist gut, leider mit anderen Hotels zusammen. Frühstückssituation ist nicht gut und Auswahl sehr einseitig. Kontaktaufnahme über Chat sehr mäßig. Antwort kam erst nach 1 Woche. Parkplatz ist nur kostenlos, wenn man über B&B bucht.
