The staff were unprofessional, with some of them being rude. The air- conditioning was not working, leading to high humidity and unhealthy air, which exacerbated my asthma. I lodged a
complaint with Expedia to request a full refund. After two months of e-mails and a one -hour call with a manager, the manager then e-mailed the hotel management. They agreed to refund only one night out of the 6-night stay, which is not acceptable compensation for our discomfort during our stay.
