Bed sheets were not changed daily. Had to ask for soap refill. Dust bunnies under the bed. Mold on bed sheets and when I asked them to be changed I was told not until the morning. Room was tiny.

Small but clean and nice room, the location is wonderful, the staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that breakfast was too expensive for the items provided. Overal a great experience!

5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower is the only reason to truly stay here. Lobby was gross, female employee not sure her name was very rude to guests.

Was under construction. Rooms were extremely tiny/very tight. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels not even a hand towel. You had to carry suitcases up narrow, turning steps. Was a small lift, but you still had to carry your suitcases up steps after getting out of the lift.

Our family room the beds were so close together you could hardly walk around or get in your suitcase. The bathroom was so small you could wash your hands while using the toilet. The construction was going on in the main lobby and there were people getting stuff outside our room and looking in. It made it difficult to get out bags past the people painting in the lobby. We paid a lot for nothing.

They were doing renovations. The lift did not work, there was constant noise, air conditioning temperature could not be changed and the television only had only 5 channels. Although check in was at 3 pm, they had no rooms ready. Be prepared the rooms are the size of a closet. If you are planning to stay more than 2 days this is not the place. There is no place to place your clothes in the room. The only saving grace was it was a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. I would not recommend this place.

Room is super small, bathroom had merely standing room between toilet and shower. Shower door had gap on the bottom, once taken shower, all the water spilled on bathroom floor.

The property is situated on a quiet side street near the Eiffel. The property is old, but has some modern touches such as a small elevator and an updated bathroom. The rooms are very small and barely accomodate two people with carry on size luggage. Anything longer than 2 nights, and it would have become claustophobic. The bathroom, while recently update, was exceptionally small and had zero storage space; not even a hook for towels or a ledge to hold tolietries. I couldn't shave my legs with the shower door closed becuase there is no room to even bend over. The view of the Eiffel was great esepcially at night, however, the lack of space, no in room amenities, no storage space, no direct elevator access to your floor without having to use stairs, the AC not being cold, having to use a floor fan to cool off, left a lot to be desired and the nightly price rate was high for the lack of amenities. I would recommend this place for a single (solo) traveler with a small luggage who is looking for more of a base-level lodging option. The staff was nice and helpful and that alone made the stay somewhat better.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plenty of restaurants and bakeries close by. My complaints are that the building had dried paint splatter on the walls and floors/stairs from renovation. The room was not aesthetically pleasing as under renovation. Room walls were not completely painted, shower door did not seal well and bathroom floors got soaked after every shower. Safe did not lock. Deadbolt on door did not work, and was not fixed after notifying staff.

The property was under construction. AC was not working properly. It wasn't fixed even after the staffs were notified for couple times. Hotel's locstion is perfect for walking to Eiffel tower.

We stayed there for 2 nights, no iron, dirty bathroom and bedroom floor and stuff under the bed. Place under renovation without any knowledge prior about it. Stairs are VERY small and VERY slippery. Elevator is extremely small and doesn’t fit one person and their luggage. You can hear EVERYTHING from the streets and the hallways and rooms down for you. Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable we stayed out all day and night just to avoid the hotel

The staff are very nice. Setting aside the dust from the improvements being made (which is understandable to a point), the noises in the evening were constant. The linen delivery service arriving at 11PM and making crashing, clanging and banging noises just outside our door is an example of the disruption. All fixable issues. The staff were very hospitable, so there’s hope for the property to improve and make a restful space for guests on the backside of the property.
