I enjoyed my stay and the staff were super friendly. I got the single room and I think it’s pretty spacious. I was nervous because I read some reviews that it was so small they couldn’t move. The area is very safe and close to everything. 1 minute walk to the metro. The only thing that caught me off guard the cleaning staff kept coming into my room on several days after it was cleaned and sometimes I’ll be getting undressed or in bathroom and they barge in without notice and I don’t even know for what since my room will already be cleaned. Other than that no complaints

I'm going to be honest from the start something this hotel was NOT. Before begin, I want to say that understand the "cancellation policy" but this situation was truly extreme. First of all, the hotel is absolutely terrible. What you book is nothing like what you see in the photos. It's old, smells bad, and it's obvious they tried to 'upgrade' what they had but it looks like they had a budget of 100 euros to do it. (At least that was the case with our room, which we paid 2,300 euros for.) They didn't even offer to change our room. First issue: I mistakenly booked from March 24th to April 2nd. Not even a minute after booking, asked to change the dates because it was a mistake. They refused. was actually arriving on March 26th, not the 24th. Second issue: we arrived on March 26th and the hotel looked nothing like the photos. Everything is clearly photoshopped to make you believe it's in good condition when it's not. It's awful. Smelly. Filthy. It was so bad that my partner and decided to leave immediately and pay for another hotel (400 euros more than this piece of junk). VWe stayed at Hôtel Duminy Vendôme, a real 4-star hotel. Given the previous refusal, knew they wouldn't refund us and they didn't. Not even for the two nights didn't was even in France. horrible experience. The man working at night Wwas extremely rude, even laughed in my face. To sum it up: I was honestly expecting at least something livable to stay in, but had to leave that very night. A complete SCAM.

Location was excellent if you want to be close to Eifffel Tower. Rue Cler is around the corner with a lot of food and shopping. Rooms are small and hallways narrow (most European hotels are); but loved the vibe, the breakfast, and the availability of the staff!
