As such, the hotel was lovely, but there was some things that made me give it less stars. 1: I got the VIP breakfast, but the breakfast was not the same as on the website, so I ended up not being able to eat any of it. And part of why to choose the hotel was for the breakfast. 2: the shower is extremely slippery, and I slipped and ended up with some massive bruises. 3: this is the worst one. The noise! not from the street but from inside the hotel. I would hear every conversation from the neighbour room, I could even hear them blow their nose. I could hear the person on the phone they were talking to. It was like having them in the room with me which was extremely uncomfortable and also meant that for four night my sleep was relying on when they would go to sleep. I have never had to use ear plugs before, and I live in London, but at this hotel I had to, because of the poor insulation between the rooms.
