What an unforgettable experience! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the incredible service at the bar, every part of our stay was perfect. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from our spacious balcony — it made the entire trip feel magical. I had the pleasure of sharing this experience with my mom, which made it even more special. This is truly a must-stay spot in Paris, and we’ll absolutely be coming back!

Lovely weekend stay at this Hotel. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great facilities. Breakfast was delicious and all other staff within the hotel were friendly. The hotel was also in a great location with easy access to the Eiffel Tower and other historical places of interest.

Pros: -the balcony to watch sunset with the Eiffel Tower in view away from the crowds -white noise available via AC fan for those type of sleepers & full control over temp in the room. -bathroom was adequate size and I didn’t have to squeeze into the shower (5’4”/64 cm, 150 pounds). Stylish looking! Cons: -Room was somewhat small and cramped, awkwardly set out with an extended hallway in the back near the balcony. That space was used for a luggage rack and full length mirror.

We had 3 issues with this property. First was easily resolved - no hot water for the shower our first day. This was a problem with entire hotel and was fixed that day. Bigger issue was we reserved a King bed on Expedia. Hotel said they don't have any king beds and said it was the fault of Expedia and their listing. They offered no other assistance. The biggest one was they billed us over $100 for breakfast. Our reservation clearly said 2 people and breakfast was free (included because we paid extra at time of booking). When we checked out we found out about this. Since we were in Paris from the USA and had to catch a flight we really couldn't argue at that point. I definitely plan on addressing this with Expedia and we will see if they can or will assist. Bottom line - location good, hotel clean - but they clearly ripped us off. I have all the documentation to support what I am saying - didn't matter to them. And since they had card on file, not much you can do. So if you want to get ripped off - go there.
