Far from superbe !!

Far from superbe！！When i stay in a hotel what i really need is not only a room but service as well. In this hotel there is no smile on the face of the staff. Room service is almost zero. The towel in the bath room always lack and I always got a half bottle of drink water even a empty one!!! The water of shower is cold. Everything in the mini bar is NOT FREE even the espresso coffee ball and the tea bag. It’s really incredible. I don’t know why those people give it five star. I suspect that the hotel and other person misunderstanding the meaning of SUPERBE. By the way, The location is very well. 不能理解为什么很多住客给出了优秀和接触这样的高分。对我来说，住酒店除了位置和酒店硬件设施，更重要的是服务服务服务！！不然我就住民宿好了。服务在这家酒店是不存在的。每个职员（除了一名男性经理稍好）脸上都是没有笑容的。客房里的备品今天缺这个，明天少那个。淋浴的水远远不够热。只能说是温的。房间里的饮用水不是密封的，是每天由服务人员添加在两只玻璃瓶里的，而玻璃瓶是要买的。有时候只给我灌装了半瓶水，这太吓人了。最不可思议的是，他家mini bar里的东西没有一样是不要钱的，即使是胶囊咖啡的胶囊和茶包！！顺便说一句，酒店的位置和景观还不错，内部装修也很有设计感，但是，这种服务是对不起这个价钱的。尤其对一个异国的旅行者来说，非常不推荐。

My friend and I did an overnight layover in Paris and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. However, the hotel is beautiful and I can’t wait to go back. I’m an interior designer and I had used a photo of the ground floor foyer as inspiration for a hotel I was designing. I didn’t know where the photo was taken from, and told myself that given the opportunity, I’d love to stay in the hotel, no matter where it was in the world. Anyway, I say this to say that I’ve been looking forward to staying here and the hotel did not disappoint. The staff was warm and welcoming and I hope to visit Paris again in the near future, so I can stay in this beautiful hotel. The location was great for public transportation, if you use the metro, and the area was not only clean, but also, quiet.

Try requesting a room with a view of the church, it’s beautiful. Rooms are comfortable with robes and slippers provided. The soap/lotion are great quality and smell amazing. The staff is super helpful and highly recommend this hotel. Excellent lotion as well, many restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Lovely hotel very conveniently located in Marais. Staff are outstanding, special mention for Edaurdo who was very helpful. Will stay again on my next visit to Paris. Our room was lovely too.

Only one bath towel for 2 people, given extra hand towels to compensate but for this standard hotel it's unacceptable. 3 rather than 4 pillows, managed to ask for another which was provided. Lights didn't work on second day and required an electrician to fix, couldn't use bathroom in mean time. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower couldn't be adjusted with cold water. The staff are super nice and the breakfast is well worth it, but it's let's down by the hotel not keeping up to standard.

Elegant and upscale small boutique hotel. Outstanding in all respects. Very accommodating to our requests and gracious. Vibrant scene in the restaurant and rooftop bar. Also, a bargain at the price compared to other more expensive options with lesser amenities. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was really nice with a view of the park and church out front. Staff was super helpful. Best meal we had in Paris was from the Hôtel restaurant. Super convenient location with most everything walkable.
