Great location but bathrooms was not clean.

Staff in the front desk is not very friendly but ok. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom floor was dirty. Bed and sheets are fine. Great location and simple breakfast. If you need a place to crash during short stay in Paris center is fine.

The stuffs are very helpful and friendly, they meet the requirements for what I want. Nice bakery and some restaurants are very close. But you may hear the sound from outside at night. Would definitely love to stay at this hotel again if I go to Paris again.

The hotel was in a perfect location and very quiet. It was very clean and our spacious. The only slight con were the sizes of our twin beds. They were very short and narrow, even for us who aren't very tall.

Great location, amazing staff, great breakfast options. Bathrooms are a bit old, have everything you need. Definitely not a lot of space, but we barely spent time in the room! Overall, would go back again.

Emplacement idéal dans le 11ième, le staff à la réception tous très aimables! Le staff au petit déjeuner par contre nous parlait anglais, même après avoir confirmé qu'on était francophone... Un peu bruyant dehors, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel s'il y a de la construction près...

Really enjoyed our stay here! everyone was really kind and friendly. always said hello and goodbye as we passed through the lobby We stayed in the balcony room and was super cute and parisian vibes 😂 Lift was broke when we got there but was fixed the same day and staff kindly helped with taking our bags up there with 0 hesitation. bags were stored when we needed them to be in secure room in lobby and rooms were cleaned everyday. Room was sufficient size for 3 adults and had enough room for 4 suitcases to go under beds etc was close to two metro stations which was convenient for travelling into central paris and felt safe when walking back down that street at the nighttime thanks for our stay!

It was an amazing location to go around and very close to the station, The area has good places to eat and drink. One of the best bakeries is next to the Hotel. The service in the hotel was as expected and the room was clean and good! We enjoyed our stay

This hotel is in an absolutely superb location, easily accessible by metro and in a neighbourhood full of excellent restaurants. The hotel itself is reasonably clean and the staff are friendly. If you’re looking for a base to explore the city I don’t think you can do much better in terms of value for money. The only big disappointment was the breakfast - we ended up eating breakfast there once and went out for every subsequent breakfast. The website stated that the breakfast included pain au chocolats, pancakes, fresh fruits - on the morning we ate there none of this was available. There wasn’t even any Nutella! At a continental breakfast! The only fruit out was apples and they didn’t even have a toaster. Other reviews mentioned croissants from a local bakery - the croissants we had were stale and didn’t resemble the ones at the nearby bakeries (which we had and were delicious). So I would strongly recommend not opting into the breakfast if you do stay here, but otherwise no complaints.

Chambré inadaptée

Bonjour Chambre au rez de chaussée à l’entre du hall d’entrée!!! on entendait tout ce qui se disait Elle était juste à côté de l’ascenseur donc les gens se postaient devant notre chambre et parlaient comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre Bruit de l’ascenseur toute les 5 minutes La chambre était celle pour handicapé donc j’ai quand même demandé à changer vu la localisation de cette chambre pas agréable du tout et selon la personne pas possible de changer! Chambre Très petite et salle de bain sans rien pour poser les affaires Pas de prise pour se sécher et lisser les cheveux et dans la chambre pas de miroir pour pouvoir le faire Chambre pas adapté que l’on soit handicapé ou non J’espère un remboursement ou geste commercial c’est une honte!
