Everyone from the hotel was so nice and kind, shoutout to Kim and Lylia. The room is very chic and always clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose the same hotel next time I come to Paris. The location of the hotel cannot be better, it is within walkable distance everywhere, particularly Louvre, Place Vendome, and other major hotels, making it the ideal place to stay during Fashion Week.

The hotel is what it is,a very small three star where you go after a long busy day just to sleep. All was fine,bed was comfortable ,shower was ok,it’s was quiet and discreet but the unbearable smell of cigarettes on the hallways makes me not want to go back.

Perfect location and decently priced.
Rooms a little small and stuffy as ACs were not allowed on, assume it’s a gov regulation during colder seasons. Staff were friendly, but rather disorganised. A few mistakes with charges. On a whole, it is good hotel.

Very convenient location just minutes walking away from the metro and the Louvre. We stayed here because of that fact and didn’t regret it. We found ourselves in the heart of Asian cuisine in Paris and dined at several of the adjacent restaurants. The staff/baristas all treated us very well and were EXCELLENT coffee makers every morning!

The manager is extremely rude. This hotel is trying to blame me for the drain in the shower not functioning. It flooded my room and my husband and I had to pack our things and move. I still had wet hair. I didn't do anything other than take a shower. The shower is designed without a door or any raised ledge to stop water from flowing out if the drain is clogged. I didn't see that the water wasn't draining because I was busy washing my hair and assuming it was functional. I just got an email continuing to blame me. I have never heard of a hotel blaming the guest for something broken on their property before. I've actually never encountered this type of issue before. I guess this is what I get for trying to get a bargain at a cheap hotel. It's truly unbelievable.
